Submit Your Wedding

Looking to submit content for consideration on Satin Empire?

If you want to submit a real wedding, engagement, rehearsal or any other event for consideration, we’d love to hear from you!

Please include:

1. Your Information: Your name / Your fiancé’s name / Date and Location of your Wedding
2. Your Images: 50-100 images that you feel best highlight your big day. We need individual images that are at least 500 pixels wide.
3. Your Description: We love to hear about your vision, the unique details that you infused, any DIY projects that you did, etc. The more info that we have to get to know you by, the better.
4. Your Vendors: Please list all applicable vendors that you would like to see credited. We must have a photography credit to consider your wedding for publication.

A very important note: We do not publish content that has already been published on other blogs or magazines, as we like to offer our readers something fresh and new. If you have submitted this for publication elsewhere, please let us know.

What makes a good submission?

• About 100 photos of a single wedding, event or bridal collection
• a lengthy description
• credits for all vendors involved
• detail shots
• Photos at least 500 pixels wide
• exclusivity - we do not publish content already featured on other blogs

Please be advised that due to the high number of submission it can take several weeks for us to respond. However, you’ll hear back from us not matter what. And don’t be shy, we love to highlight a wide variety of styles, budgets and cultures!

By sending in your submission you agree that: We allow and grant the Company the right to publish in print and/ or online, any photographs taken of me, my family/friends/guests at my event, my property, my event or portrait session without notification or compensation. These photographs  may be used in any lawful manner, and I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written copy, that may be created in connection therewith, or the use to which it may be applied. I understand that Satin Empire is not obligated to mention any of my vendors or professionals unless at the discretion of the Editor. We hereby release the company from any and all claims, liabilities and damages arising out of the rights granted hereunder or the exercise thereof.
